New Patients
Thank you for choosing our dental clinic for your oral health needs. We understand that visiting a new dentist can sometimes be overwhelming, but rest assured that we are here to provide you with the best possible care.
Your initial appointment will consist of an examination and a thorough review of your treatment options. In most cases, we can even begin or complete the necessary treatment on the same day as your consultation, making it convenient for you. However, if you have a complex medical history or require multiple treatments, we may need to schedule a second appointment to ensure proper evaluation and provide treatment on another day.
Important Considerations
- To make your visit smoother and more efficient, please remember to bring any X-rays taken by your previous dentist, if applicable.
- Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide us with a list of medications you are presently taking so that we can better understand your overall health condition.
We kindly request all patients under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointments. In accordance with our policies, this is to ensure their safety and comfort.
Your well-being is our priority. Therefore, it is important that you inform us about any medical conditions that may affect your treatment, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or artificial heart valves/joints. Likewise, if there are any specific medications currently being used like heart medications or anticoagulant therapy, please let us know.
X-Rays
If you’ve recently had X-rays taken by your dentist or physician, it’s important to ensure that we have access to them for a comprehensive examination. To facilitate this process, kindly request that your healthcare provider forward the X-ray images directly to our office. However, if time is limited and forwarding is not feasible, please take the initiative to pick up the X-rays yourself and bring them along when you visit us. Rest assured that our facility also offers the convenience of capturing any additional X-rays deemed necessary during your appointment.
Patient Billing
For your convenience, we offer various payment options to ensure a seamless patient billing process. We gladly accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards as forms of payment. Our goal is to provide the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost for our patients. Therefore, unless alternative arrangements have been made beforehand, we kindly request that payment be made at the time of service. If you ever have any inquiries about your account or require clarification on any charges, please do not hesitate to reach out to Nishikawa Dental Corp at (310) 530-6444.
Kindly remember that regardless of your insurance plan’s coverage, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office.
